The house, constructed in Basque style, was built in 1993. The house offers 50 square meters surface area. It is equipped with a kitchen with a dinette, a mezzanine with a living/sleeping area (one double bed with a one-piece mattress 160 x 200 cm, one bed sofa 120 x 190 cm), a separate bedroom with two separate beds (each 100 x 200 cm) as well as a bathroom with shower cubicle and WC. The terrace offers 25 square meters.
The house is conceived for four persons. The allocation with six people is possible – of course with restriction of the living quality.
The furnitures are all together new and for a holiday house variously and generously. For example: a big barbecue, comfortable terrace furnitures, big umbrella, television, stereo system, telephone, washing machine, modern baking-oven. Our private parking lot is located in front of the house.
